Front 9 Stableford

Ten lovely ladies played the front 9 stableford today and we had great conditions; a very gentle breeze, some cloud but warmth on your back.

There were good scores which reflected the benign conditions with only 5 points between first and 10th... and of course we had to use countback!

In first place with 19 points was Chris J, followed closely by three ladies on 18 with countback having to separate us. Judy took second place, I was third and Sue D was 4th.

Then there were 4 ladies all with 15 points and I mention this because I don't remember having seen it before but Lyn and Lynne could not be separated using countback and they were listed alphabetically, sharing 7th place!!

Di and I were flummoxed as to what 'not card matching' meant on the Masterscoreboard results - and now we know!!!
