Friendly v Killiow
Friday saw our first Friendly match played in 2016. Killiow brought six players, many thanks to Lindsay for organising the day.

Lindsay, Chris J, Fiona, Liz, Anne and Val represented us on a cloudy but also sunny day.

Anne is very fond of foxgloves... did she put her ball here just to see the two lovely specimens below the wall on the twelfth?
The ladies played a better ball Stableford and on completion of the rounds all the scores were added together.

The final score was 118 - 111 with Cape ladies winning. Well played ladies!
It was good to hear that everyone enjoyed their day.
It was also interesting to hear from the Killiow ladies that their course, and several others, have found that this year has seen a proliferation of the wretched leather jackets - it's not just us!
