Last day of May!
Fourteen wonderful women from Cape played the front nine this morning.
We had woken to mist (thick fog in PZ I believe) but conditions were fine for golf at Cape.
A huge cheer resounded round the patio when we heard the name of the winner of the B group... well done Angie!!!
In the A group, as is typical of us, (Countback Capers should be our name) we had 2 ladies with 15 points (Lindsay and Lyn); three with 16 points (Antoinette, Sue D and Frieda) and three with 17!
In third place was Di who had a four for 4 on the fourth and also parred the 5th; in second was myself with pars on the 3rd, 5th and 6th; and our wonderful winner today was Liz - who parred the 9th and had three 3 pointers in her round!
In fact there were a good number of pars today; Sue D parred 4, 5 and 9; Lindsay parred the 6th and 9th, holing a wonderful long putt from just off the green to get that par on the 6th! Lyn parred the third, Jenny the 9th.
Well played everyone, Polglase 4 on Saturday - a medal; and the Presidents' Cups on Sunday.
