Polglase Trophy
The fourth round of the Polglase Trophy was held on the 27th July - a beautiful sunny day.
The Trophy competition standings at the start of the day had Fran out in front and with Sue D in second place. The results of the medal round would be crucial to who would win the trophy.
This is what happened - a super round from Fran had her earning 10 points as winner... giving her a total Trophy score of 27; Sue came in fourth and she earned enough points to join Fran on 27!
So there will be an 18 hole play off to decide the winner! What an amazing competition and good luck to both in your deciding round!
The poppies are still looking amazing in the field between the first green and the 18th fairway.
The Charity Cup which had been planned for the previous week was postponed due to poor weather and also a low turnout - it was Lafrowda weekend.
