Bude
Sunday saw seven intrepid ladies head up to Bude for our final away match. Unfortunately Lindsay and I had both had a tummy bug so Lindsay had to withdraw from playing and i'm pleased to say that Ros was able to take her place. I'd had the bug a day earlier than Lindsay so I played hoping against hope that I wasn't still carrying any nasties!

The weather was a bit overcast but very pleasant, the course has had some landscaping done...some mounds down either side of the first hole have defined it really well and it is enticing to the eye...they have also added a few bunkers, revetted and deep and a real challenge! The whole course was in great condition.
Our ladies put up a great fight, losing four matches to three! That really is impressive on a course we are son unfamiliar with!Well done everyone - super proud of how everyone played!
Particular thanks to Ros who had to play 5 shots below her handicap!
Many thanks all - one more match to play - our home one against Bude at the end of August.
