 Saturday Stableford and County Prize

There was a fabulous turnout of ladies for the stableford and County Prize and some excellent scores were recorded.

Despite the sunny looking weather it was tricky with a challenging breeze!

There were a few birdies; Frieda on the fourth; myself on the 5th; Sue D and Sam on the 12th and Di on the 14th!

In fourth place was Di with 35 points; in third with 37 was Sue D and in second with 38 was Fi.

But our winner was our special Captain Frieda with a fabulous 39 points.

Well played everyone!!

On Sunday it was Andy's 60th birthday bash with a fun competition of teams of four with two scores to count!
Conditions were similar to yesterday but the wind strengthened throughout the day making it difficult for the later players.

There were fabulous prizes to be won... among the winners were this rabble...

...a winner in a different way was Liz who seemed to be having a lot of fun with her team...!!!

We celebrated Andy's birthday with a lovely lunch and then the prizes were awarded.The very happy winning team were Norman, Paul, Hils and Dan winning a holiday in Turkey!!
