Abbotswood Trophy
Strong winds with gusts nearing 40 mph made today's competition a challenging one!
The Abbotswood Trophy is sponsored by Sue and Steve D and the format is teams of four - two men, two women - with two best scores count (one from the men and one from the ladies) played off 85%.
We did have a couple of showers but in general we stayed dry!
Just 5 teams entered - we have several folk away - and it was difficult to score!
In third place on countback (from Lindsay and Lyn, Dave and John T) were Sue D and Claire with Alan P and Bruce with 65 points.
In second place were Jenny and Ruth with Lochie and Felix, scoring 66 points.
Our winners scored 69 points... well played Fran and Ros, Brian and Rob.
