Frieda came second in the England Golf Regional Medal finals held near Bristol today.
Frieda scored 41 points and will go through to the National Finals in August!
Huge congratulations Frieda, an amazing achievement!
Frieda's competitors came from all over the South West Region - which includes Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire - 70 players in all!
Brilliant ... we look forward to hearing details!
Thursday 26th May
There were 8 ladies who came to play a Greensome - this time we played the back 9 off our full 18 hole handicap for a change (adjusted to 60/40 of course!)
It was dull and grey and rather overcast!
In second with 21 points were Ann and Ros but in first with 22 points were Fran and Lindsay!
